Quality Technician II

Job Title: Quality Technician II
Location: Valencia, CA
Duration: 12 Months

Role: Perform laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of returned products with customer complaints. Document findings and conclusions in the Global Complaint Management System (GCMS) and support product/process quality improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in Electrical/Electromechanical field, plus 2+ years of relevant laboratory failure analysis experience.

• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical devices.

• Experience using lab equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, X-ray machines, and cutting tools.

• Ability to document investigations, follow SOPs/work instructions, and collaborate with quality engineers.

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong communication skills.

Preferred:

• Medical device industry experience.

• RF devices/concepts knowledge.

• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and post-market quality requirements/systems.

• Experience maintaining laboratory equipment and reviewing product records
