Quality Technician (Manufacturing / Quality Assurance)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Greensboro, NC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and production specifications across all stages of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality testing and analysis on:
- Raw materials
- In-process materials
- Finished goods
- Environmental samples
Monitor and verify testing procedures to ensure compliance with established standards
Interpret test results, compare to specifications, and identify variances
Recommend corrective actions based on data accuracy and product acceptability
Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated, validated, and properly maintained
Perform routine quality inspections during production, assembly, and packaging
Promote and follow safe equipment operation practices
Assist with training new team members on quality procedures and standards
Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiency enhancements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
13 years of Quality Technician or Quality Assurance experience
Strong understanding of quality standards and testing methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
