Quality Technician

Occasional overtime, weekend work, or schedule flexibility may be required to support production needs. Perform process-control checks, including adhesive flow verification, temperature monitoring, and equipment setup verification.

Quality Inspection & Control

• Perform in-process inspections and final product verification.
• Conduct measurements, testing, and visual inspections using approved procedures and specifications.
• Verify operator quality checks are completed accurately.
• Identify, segregate, and support containment of non-conforming materials.
• Perform process-control checks, including adhesive flow verification, temperature monitoring, and equipment setup verification.
• Report quality concerns and process deviations promptly.

Quality Documentation & Reporting

• Record inspection and testing results accurately.
• Compile quality data and assist with routine reporting.
• Monitor trends and escalate recurring quality concerns.
• Ensure documentation remains complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, laboratory, or related technical environments.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing quality systems and inspection processes.
• Experience using inspection and measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, rulers, and scales.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout production areas.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Occasional overtime, weekend work, or schedule flexibility may be required to support production needs.
