Quality Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Food Quality Technician in Gaffney to ensure that all products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards within a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods

• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and food safety standards

• Conduct product testing, sampling, and documentation of results

• Monitor production processes to identify quality issues or deviations

• Maintain accurate records and quality reports

• Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Assist with audits and inspections as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or quality control preferred

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to follow written procedures and documentation standards

• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• 2nd shift 1:45- 9:45, 3rd shift 9:45- 5:45 am
