    A Snapshot of Your Day

    As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you'll spend your day inspecting materials, components, and finished wind turbine blades to ensure they meet Siemens Gamesa's rigorous quality standards. You'll conduct visual and dimensional inspections, review engineering drawings and specifications, document inspection results, and collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to address quality concerns. Throughout your shift, you'll help maintain product integrity, support process controls, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    Perform visual, dimensional, and gage inspections to verify materials, components, and finished products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.

    Document inspection findings, execute process control checks, and support testing activities to maintain product integrity, compliance, and manufacturing excellence.

    Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the delivery of world-class renewable energy products.

    What You Bring

    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required, with the ability to obtain Visual Inspection certification and successfully complete a General Aptitude Test.

    Experience interpreting technical drawings, using precision measuring equipment, maintaining quality documentation, and working within manufacturing or quality environments.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, SAP, quality management systems, and metric measurement systems, with the ability to work overtime as business needs require.

Team members work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to inspect materials, validate processes, and maintain compliance with rigorous quality requirements. Through detailed inspections, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives, the team plays a vital role in delivering world-class renewable energy solutions while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence.

    2nd Shift: 2:10 PM to 10:40 PM

    Regular schedule of 5 days per week with potential Saturday overtime based on business needs.
