Job Summary

This individual will support procedural requirements of ZOLL's complaint handling, customer turn­ around and event reporting systems. Supports quality improvement, corrective and prevention action program. Works under general supervision. Reports to Supervisor and/or Quality Assurance Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Review complaint investigations for completeness and establish root cause to system and/or component level
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers
  • Document investigations as appropriate
  • Propose corrective action on an as needed basis


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Requires 2-year degree or equivalent work experience and 2+ years related experience required
  • Experience with soldering, ESD handling and electro-mechanical assembly methods required and
  • Experience using mechanical and electronic test equipment required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures related to electronic technology
  • Basic computer skills in a MS Windows environment. Familiar with MS Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of FDA QSR required
  • Knowledge of USA and international regulatory Medical Device Reporting preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing and work effectively within a multi-disciplined organization

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$19.90 to $29.80
