As a Quality Technician, you'll inspect materials and finished products, perform quality checks, document findings, and help support continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
What You'll Do
As a Quality Technician, you will:
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Identify quality concerns and communicate findings to production and leadership.
- Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and process improvements.
- Maintain and verify inspection equipment as needed.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous quality, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Oxford, ME, offering a Monday-Thursday schedule from 3:30PM to 2:00AM.
