We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our growing organization!
General Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Quality Technician (QT) is to ensure that products consistently meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves performing inspections, analyzing quality data, and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and process performance.
The Quality Technician supports product reliability initiatives by identifying root causes of nonconforming products and process deviations, and by facilitating effective corrective and preventive actions. The position is also responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and interpreting Statistical Process Control (SPC) data for assigned products and manufacturing processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Additionally, the Quality Technician collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and ensure compliance with company quality requirements. This position requires occasional travel to visit customers and service providers within the United States.

Interact with Product Development Team to develop specifications and inspection plans for raw materials and finished goods for new products.
Oversee incoming and in-process inspection and documentation control processes.
Participate in MRB, and Change Management process (ECR, ECO, ECN, drawing review/signoff).
Support in-house testing.
Other duties as assigned.
