Quality Technician - 2nd shift

KEY TASKS

• Understand and follow work instructions and control plans.
• Assist with other key tasks during changeovers.
• Do quality checks and input data into the Quality System to keep the process nominal, input GMaP’s data when required.
• Maintain an organized clean work environment 5S!
• Understanding trends on reliability and yield.
• Perform other departmental job duties when directed by supervision.
• Understands required PPE, location and purpose of all lockouts and e-stops.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment keeping the process running.
• Excellent trouble shooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to set priorities and goals.
• Leads by strong work ethic and good attendance record.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, attitude, and decision making skills.
• Can work independently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts M-F
• Available to workdays or nights and overtime.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays.
