What you need to bring:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Seven or more years in quality, program management or operations in hardware manufacturing, including three or more years leading cross-functional programs.
- Direct experience implementing or certifying a quality management system to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 or ISO 13485.
- Strong grounding in advanced product quality planning, failure mode and effects analysis, corrective action, root cause methods and audit practice.
- Skill with data: database queries, spreadsheets and business intelligence tools, and the ability to tell a clear story with them.
- A plus: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, Project Management Professional or Six Sigma Black Belt; setting up a quality system in a new factory or start-up; manufacturing execution or quality software.
