We offer competitive wages, and a comprehensive benefits package with a safe and clean working environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct First Article (Set-Up), In-process, and Final inspections
- Visually inspect machined parts for conformity to customer specifications, and quality standards. Ensuring there are no defects.
- Create and maintain accurate records of First Article inspections, Final & In-process inspection and utilize the data collection system.
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues, working with other members of the quality and operations teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement events.
- Maintain compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001-AS9100
Requirements - Minimum 2 year experience in a manufacturing quality role
- Experience with ISO 13485 and or ISO 9001-AS9100
- Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, technical drawings and product specifications (including GD&T)
- Proficiency in utilizing hand inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, microscopes, gauge pins ect)
- Experience with CMM, digital inspection scopes and other vision systems
- Experience in the use of statistical/data software
- Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
Skills: - Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in the inspection and evaluation of manufactured parts.

Shift Hours: - 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Fridays 7:00am-1:00pm
- 2nd shift: Monday -Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am
- Weekend shift: Friday – Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm
(availability to work occasional overtime when needed)
