Quality Systems Specialist III

Our client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist - III for their Santa Monica, CA/Foster City, CA/Remote location. Reviewing Quality System reports in Veeva QMS and associated dashboards to support data presentation to executives.

Our client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist - III for their Santa Monica, CA/Foster City, CA/Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Compiling data in support of Quarterly Executive Management Review
• Developing PowerPoint presentation with input from global business owners
• Collaborating to complete deliverables with global Quality Teams
• Reviewing Quality System reports in Veeva QMS and associated dashboards to support data presentation to executives
• Provide general support of QMS processes as needed (Deviation, CAPA, Document Control, Change Control)

 
Requirements:

• 5+ Years experience in Quality Systems and Management Review
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Powerpoint and Veeva QMS experience required
• Ability to Manage outputs from cross functional contributors
• Document Control experience a plus
• Averaging about 10-15 hours per week. Peak periods can increase to 20-25 hours.
