The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality management system requirements while driving sustainable improvements that enhance quality performance and customer satisfaction.

    Our Team

At Molex, our goal is to create value for others. We empower every team member to hear, feel and see the quality in every action we take. By incorporating quality into the design of products, processes, and predicting potential quality problems before manufacturing and delivering the product, we can create mutual benefit. The leading task of quality control involves enforcing the use of specified processes and materials, ensuring the qualification of operators and equipment, and making a series of planned measurements to determine if quality standards are being met.

We use innovation, engineering excellence, commitment to quality and reliability and superior customer experience to improve communications, elevate experiences, and engage and inspire people everywhere.

    What You Will Do

    • Coordinate controlled document reviews and revisions to maintain accurate, current, and effective quality system documentation.
    • Support compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements through effective administration of the site Quality Management System.
    • Plan, coordinate, and support internal, customer, and external audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings and verification of corrective action effectiveness.
    • Facilitate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations and support structured root cause analysis activities using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D.
    • Monitor nonconformances, customer complaints, CAPA performance, and root cause analysis completion metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure effective implementation of engineering record changes and quality system updates.
    • Lead and participate in Lean, continuous improvement, measurement system improvement, and error-proofing initiatives that improve quality and operational performance.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by enabling teams to identify, communicate, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

    • 5+ years of experience supporting document control, quality systems, quality assurance, or compliance activities in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience coordinating internal, customer, or third-party quality audits.
    • Experience supporting corrective action, preventive action (CAPA), nonconformance, or root cause investigation activities.
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, documentation management, and data analysis.
    • 3+ years of experience using SAP.

    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Experience supporting ISO 9001 or other regulated quality management systems.
    • Experience utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, or equivalent root cause analysis tools.
    • Experience maintaining controlled documents, procedures, work instructions, forms, or engineering change documentation.
    • Experience tracking quality metrics, customer complaints, audit findings, or nonconformance trends.
    • Experience participating in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma initiatives.
    • Experience supporting manufacturing startup, expansion, or production ramp-up activities.
