Quality Systems Spec - Exempt

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Systems Specialist / Master Data Analyst with strong SAP experience to support enterprise master data governance across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality organizations. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing master data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong SAP technical expertise and a passion for data quality. They are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple functions to ensure master data accurately supports production, engineering changes, and business operations. Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established standards and agency guidelines.
• Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance.
• Work directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet guidelines.
• Ensure the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
• Facilitate uniform standards worldwide and enable best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of the company's mission globally.

• Master Data Governance/maintenance
• Windchill (Nice to Have)

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience

Work Schedule

This position requires working 40 hours per week onsite in Memphis, TN. Interviews will be scheduled as soon as possible.
