Quality Systems Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) across industrial construction and manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner with leadership, engineering, construction, and field teams to strengthen quality, compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, implement, and continuously improve the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and corrective/preventive actions
- Own document control for SOPs, procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues and nonconformances
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and improve processes
- Develop and track quality metrics and use data to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead process improvement initiatives across multiple locations and operations
- Provide training and coaching to reinforce quality standards and accountability
- Work with external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, manufacturing, specialty contracting, or a similar project-based environment
- Proven experience implementing and managing a QMS
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, internal auditing, document control, and process improvement
- Experience developing SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and controlled documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
