Our Mesa, Arizona facility is focused on high-quality manufacturing, continuous improvement, and integrated management systems.We are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to support our Integrated Management System (IMS) across quality, environmental, and safety processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining system compliance, supporting audits, and driving improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS)Assist with internal, external, and customer auditsTrack and follow up on corrective actions and audit findingsSupport root cause analysis and process improvement initiativesMaintain document control for procedures, work instructions, and recordsAnalyze system and process data to identify trends and risksPartner with engineering and operations to ensure compliance with ISO and IATF 16949 standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or systems environmentExperience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or IATF 16949 preferredStrong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a team environment JX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
