Your day at a glance
You start the morning reviewing overnight quality alerts, failure trends, and replacement metrics. A quick sync with operations leaders aligns on corrective actions for recent NCRs and CARs. Late morning, you drive supplier SCAR follow‑ups and check the stamp control log so approvals and signatures are current for new hires and recent exits. After lunch, you dig into a Failure Quality Analysis on a nonconforming laboratory test, refine an order‑specific Inspection & Control (Cut Up) Plan, and respond to a customer inquiry. You wrap the day by preparing for an internal audit, updating the Training Matrix, and joining a 6S walk to reinforce best practices.
