    Quality Systems Coordinator

    Are you passionate about quality, processes, and continuous improvement? As a Quality Systems Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards.

    This is more than an administrative quality role-you'll lead audits, drive corrective actions, and partner cross-functionally to strengthen processes and support compliance with ISO, IATF, and customer requirements.

    What You'll Do

    In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the health and effectiveness of our quality system.

    Core responsibilities include:

    • Manage document control, including revising and issuing controlled documents
    • Plan, schedule, and lead internal quality system audits
    • Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
    • Document audit findings and present clear, actionable reports to leadership
    • Lead and coordinate Corrective Action Reports (CARs) from internal and external sources
    • Track action plans and continuous improvement efforts across the division
    • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to implement improvements
    • Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 compliance and certification efforts
    • Assist with internal lab audits and environmental system initiatives
    • Follow up on audit and corrective action outcomes to ensure sustained improvements

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Lead Auditor training/certification
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3-5 years of experience in quality systems or related field
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational and analytical abilities
    • Proficiency with computers and attention to detail

    Preferred:

    • Experience with ISO, IATF, OSHA, or similar standards
    • Background in metal manufacturing, tubing, or industrial environments
    • Familiarity with audit documentation tools and Microsoft Office
    • Experience working in lab or technical environments

    Work Environment
