    Description

Step into a day where quality sets the pace

Morning begins by reviewing new project kickoffs with Engineering and Sales. You align inspection requirements with customer expectations, translate them into Master Control Plans (MCP), and make sure every drawing and specification is captured under document control. Before lunch, you confirm gauges and tools are within calibration, verify First Article Inspection (FAI) packages and Customer Approval Forms are complete, and ensure inspection documents are live and accurate in IQMS. Afternoon finds you reconciling MRB parts in IQMS, supporting production reporting from shifts 1–3, and closing the loop on NCR/CRs with data-driven root cause and corrective actions. You finish with a walk-through of the quality lab, checking safety and 5S, then prep for an ISO system audit review.
