We are looking for an Integrated Management System (IMS) Process Manager. This position will be a hybrid role (3-4 days onsite weekly), based out of either TX, NC, SC or GA.

Other US markets in close proximity to Siemens plants may be considered with increased travel.

The IMS Process Manager develops, implements, maintains, and continuously improves a unified Integrated Management System across multiple factories in the SI EP NA business. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 while leading audits, corrective actions, document control, and continuous improvement. The position reports to the Quality Engineering Manager located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

You'll make a difference by:

  • Developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an integrated management system that aligns ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards.
  • Reducing duplicate work and operational redundancies by merging separate policy processes into one cohesive management system with unified procedures across multiple factories.
  • Serving as the primary contact for certification and regulatory agencies while coordinating external surveillance audits, recertification activities, and compliance documentation.
  • Planning, leading, and managing the internal audit program, including audit schedules, findings, records, certifications, and timely closure of corrective actions.
  • Coaching process owners on compliance responsibilities while promoting a culture of quality, environmental stewardship, occupational health and safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyzing internal and external audit findings, system performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to support strategic leadership decisions and process improvements.
  • Leading document control and records management processes to ensure controlled documents are current, accurate, accessible, and aligned with compliance requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience with the following:

  • Quality management systems and ISO 9001 requirements.

  • Integrated management systems supporting quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety compliance.

  • Internal audit planning, execution, findings management, and corrective action closure.

  • Document control, records management, compliance documentation, and certification support.

  • Cross-functional communication, project management, and stakeholder influence to drive corporate process changes.

  • 15% travel.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISO Lead Auditor qualification and hands-on auditing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety standards.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives across multiple factories, sites, or business units.
  • Experience evaluating risks, opportunities, audit trends, and management system performance metrics to guide leadership decisions.

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
