Quality System Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality System Manager to oversee, maintain, and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring complete compliance with quality manuals, directing internal and product audit schedules, managing non-quality costs, and driving immediate root-cause resolutions for any customer or vendor issues.Key ResponsibilitiesQMS Implementation & Governance: Fully execute and maintain the Quality System Manual, ensuring alignment with all internal operating procedures, legal/statutory standards, and customer requirements.Audits & Compliance: Establish and oversee schedules for internal QMS audits as well as product and process audits. Evaluate compliance and procedure effectiveness across the facility.Customer & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary quality interface for suppliers and customers. Lead complaint investigations, validate root-cause analyses, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.Process Control & Authority: Verify and enforce the use of appropriate control plans across all manufacturing stages. Maintain full authority to halt any process or activity to prevent non-conformities.Cost & Performance Optimization: Track, report, and manage all non-quality costs.
