Quality Supervisor QA/QC

The Quality Supervisor QA/QC will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for a growing nutraceutical and supplements manufacturer. This role ensures that all products and services meet established standards and compliance requirements.

Description

• Lead quality operations within an FDA-regulated dietary supplement manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with cGMPs and internal quality standards.
• Oversee Quality Control activities while driving continuous improvement and maintaining audit readiness across the facility.
• Partner with Production and Operations teams to promote a proactive quality culture and support manufacturing excellence.
• Review quality records, investigations, deviations, and corrective actions to ensure compliance and product integrity.
• Play a key role in maintaining FDA compliance while helping to strengthen quality systems and processes.
• Supervise and develop Quality personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Support internal and external audits and help ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, consistency, and efficiency.

Profile

A successful Quality Supervisor QA/QC should have:

• Ideal candidates will bring experience from dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environments.
• 4 plus yearsin a QA/QC role with at least 2 years' ina supervisory position
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMPs, quality systems, and regulated manufacturing practices is essential.
• Must be comfotable working on 2nd shift
