    Basic Job Functions:

    Quality Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of all quality and customer-related certifications. Work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to address customer specific requirements and product needs. Work to drive quality improvement throughout the facility as well as coordinate and conduct audits and applicable training. Lead process groups and work with all levels of the organization. 

     

    Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Be able to qualify welding procedure specifications
    Be able to perform internal audits and ensure compliance to AISC and AMPP QP3 standards
    Maintain calibration for measuring/inspection equipment
    Competence in reading and understanding blueprints and job/project specifications. 
    CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Manufacturing industry experience
    Previous Supervisory Experience
