Quick job details:

• Location: Springfield, MA
• Specialty/Setting: Outpatient Mental and Behavioral Health facility. 
• Schedule: Hybrid Role Monday – Friday
• Hours: 8 am -4:30 pm
• Ideal Start Date: ASAP
• Compensation:$70,000/ Yearly

Qualification/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Must have 5 years' experience in healthcare or human services.
• Prior supervisory or consultative experience in quality performance and assurance preferred.
• Knowledge of principles of behavioral health.
• Must have healthcare data analysis experience.
