Lead day-to-day quality control activities, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations
Manage and mentor a team of inspectors, providing technical support and direction
Develop, implement, and refine quality processes and procedures
Conduct internal audits to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
Analyze quality metrics, non-conformance data, and feedback to prevent defects
Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve quality issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions
Oversee supplier quality performance, including audits and continuous improvement
Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Previous experience in a Quality Supervisor or similar leadership role in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to lead and develop inspection or quality teams
Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives
Experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and quality tools/methodologies
Solid understanding of workplace safety practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
