As a global leader in smart water solutions, our products help utilities and communities around the world manage and conserve water more effectively. We're looking for a Quality Supervisor who is passionate about leadership, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams.
This is not a role where you'll simply maintain processes. You'll be a visible leader on the manufacturing floor, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to solve problems, improve performance, and strengthen quality across the site. Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians
Drive site-wide quality improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
Play a critical role in new product launches and manufacturing growth
Partner directly with Operations and Engineering leadership
Influence customer satisfaction, product quality, and operational performance

In this role, you'll be the go-to quality leader for the site, helping drive a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You'll lead root cause investigations, support new product introductions, oversee quality systems, and develop a team that delivers consistent results.
