Education and Experience »
- Minimum of five (5) years in a manufacturing environment with specific focus on quality and inspection
- Certification/Licensure: Technical School Certification or post-secondary schooling that includes training in math, metalworking, and CAD/CAM.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Experience in the materials industry including: aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, Invar, copper alloys, engineering plastics, and refractory metals such as tungsten and molybdenum.
- High school diploma or GED required with completion of Technical School Certification. Bachelor's Degree strongly desired.
- Demonstrated credentials in CNC machine operation, CAD/CAM technology, and other relevant competencies or equivalent training and experience required.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and track departmental goals and objectives that provide world-class quality and technical services performance to the organization.
- Determines priority and ensures completion of inspection processes.
- Coordinates objectives with production supervisors to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
