Your Job
As a Quality Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of Quality Technicians while supporting quality excellence in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement, resolve production and quality issues, and ensure customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements are met.

Our Quality team is focused on product quality, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead Quality Technicians and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure quality objectives are achieved across the operation.

This role is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.
For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000- $100,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
