Manufacturer of refrigeration equipment in Buford is looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead quality efforts on the production floor. This is ane excellent opportunity with a great international company!
$64,000 to $75,000 per year

What You'll Do
- Write and maintain SOPs, quality alerts, and training documentation
- Assist with training for brazing personnel and support continuous improvement training company-wide
- Build and maintain PPAPs for new units in collaboration with engineering
- Inspect BOMs, control checklists, and 2D/3D drawings as part of quality control
- Develop and support internal and external audits
- Conduct process and product audits and maintain the skills matrix, including setting criteria for employee status updates
- Serve as point of contact for recurring third-party audits
- Act as primary contact for customer complaints, developing 8Ds and implementing corrective actions
- Work with engineering to resolve non-conformances and identify improvement opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, refrigeration manufacturing strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of SAP
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
