Quality Supervisor - Aerospace & Defense - Hampton, NH

We are seeking a Quality Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of quality technicians and inspectors while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and product development. Description

• Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians and inspectors supporting key product lines.
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Investigate manufacturing quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives focused on product performance, process efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide quality engineering expertise throughout product development and process improvement efforts.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and partner with vendors to drive improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report key quality metrics while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, and engineering teams to achieve quality objectives.

Profile

• Minimum of three years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing quality, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze quality data and implement effective corrective actions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Knowledge of supplier quality processes and quality auditing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• AS9100 experience
