Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians and inspectors supporting key product lines.

Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, procedures, and documentation.

Investigate manufacturing quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Drive quality improvement initiatives focused on product performance, process efficiency, and cost reduction.

Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Provide quality engineering expertise throughout product development and process improvement efforts.

Monitor supplier quality performance and partner with vendors to drive improvements.

Track, analyze, and report key quality metrics while implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, and engineering teams to achieve quality objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of three years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing quality, or a related field.

Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to analyze quality data and implement effective corrective actions.

Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.

Knowledge of supplier quality processes and quality auditing is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
