Description

The Science Team at Pride Health is supporting the Pharmaceuticals organization and has an opening for a Quality Specialist in Princeton, NJ (50% Hybrid).

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Risk & Compliance (QRC) Specialist to support Research & Development (R&D) quality initiatives, including audit and inspection readiness, process improvement, training, quality risk management, and other Quality Operations activities.

Additional Details:

Contract Length: 6 Months with the possibility of extensions

Pay range: $20 to $29 per hour

Work Schedule: 50% Hybrid - Monday through Wednesday onsite; Thursday and Friday remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Quality Operations activities to maintain continuous audit and inspection readiness.
  • Assist with inspection preparation, including tracking and closing inspection-readiness actions across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, schedule activities, and coordinate required training.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input to support timely resolution of mock inspection CAPAs and commitments.
  • Support regulatory inspections by serving as a scribe and processing inspection requests as assigned.
  • Assist with post-inspection activities, including lessons learned and follow-up actions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and visualizations using tools such as Smartsheet and Power BI.
  • Support and participate in quality-related process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, meeting materials, metrics reports, and status updates.
  • Support stakeholder communications and project execution.
  • Assist with process mapping and workflow documentation.
  • Support periodic R&D training curriculum reviews to ensure training assignments and content remain relevant and compliant with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Assist with organizing and preparing quality-related training workshops.
  • Support the identification and development of quality eLearning and other training programs.
  • Track new and revised controlled documents and follow up with curriculum owners regarding required training changes.
  • Process training-related documentation and forms as needed.
  • Prepare materials and facilitate QRC department meetings as assigned.
  • Support Quality Risk Management activities, including development, tracking, and maintenance of study quality, compliance, and training metrics.
  • Perform additional Quality Operations and R&D support activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Experience in Quality, Clinical Operations, Project Management, R&D, or a related function.
  • Working knowledge of clinical trials, GxP principles, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to organize, evaluate, and interpret data, metrics, and trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related business applications.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
