Position Summary
The Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting Achieva Support programs with the development, implementation, and oversight of quality initiative strategies to improve the quality of service delivery.
This position ensures compliance with Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations, Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), Office of Long Term Living (OLTL), federal and state requirements, accreditation standards, and agency policies while promoting person-centered practices, continuous quality improvement, and positive outcomes for people receiving services.
The Quality Specialist reports to Achieva Support's Vice President of Quality and Compliance. In the absence of the Vice President of Quality and Compliance, this position reports directly to the President of Achieva Support.
