Title: Quality Specialist

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. to $27.00/hr. on w2

Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 1st Shift

Shift Hours: 40 hrs./week

Duration: 2+ Years

The Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and helping maintain product and process excellence across the organization.
This role works closely with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings..
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Welling to Working weekends and over-time, shift is 6:00am to 2:30pm.
Ability to provide feedback to production teams to prevent recurring defects.
