Let your career thrive with VoltVolt is hiring a 1st ShiftMfg.Quality Specialist for a leading organization inPhoenix AZ.As a Quality Specialist you will Support quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company customer and industry standards. Monitor product and process quality to maintain operational excellence. Conduct inspections and audits to verify product conformance and quality requirements. Utilize measurement tools and inspection equipment to evaluate products and processes. Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints specifications and quality documentation. Identify document and investigate quality issues and defects. Collaborate with operations engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns. Provide feedback and recommendations to production teams to prevent recurring defects. Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Track quality metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate quality records and documentation. Follow all safety quality and company procedures.This is a Full time temp to hire opportunity.Schedule Monday-Friday 600am-230pmMust be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.The ideal candidate will have Experience in Quality Assurance Quality Control Manufacturing or a related field preferred. Proficiency in using measurement tools and inspection equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with operations engineering and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Commitment to quality safety and continuous improvement. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience supporting quality assurance and quality control activities in a manufacturing environment. Experience performing inspections audits and documenting quality findings. Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Ability to identify and communicate quality concerns to production teams. Experience tracking quality metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with quality documentation specifications and compliance requirements. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Manufacturing experience preferred.Pay Rate 25hr. -27hr.
