    What You'll Do as a Quality SpecialistIn this role, you'll work with the Quality Management team to support production through inspections, training, and documentation.

    You'll:

    Perform data entry to support reporting requirements for accurate correspondence with customers and vendorsConduct training of the Quality System for production associates in accordance with SOP, customer specifications, and 5S, in alignment with ISO9001:2015Improve quality through inspection of raw and finished goods to reduce past due shipmentsCollaborate with customers and suppliers on the completion of quality improvement initiatives internally and externallyProvide reports and analysis of Non-Conforming Materials (NCM) to include root cause and corrective action

    Comprehend, interpret, and analyze prints and specifications accurately for all product lines

    Engage with the quality team, on continuous improvement quality systems driving plant initiatives

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    College degree in technical field or equivalent3+ years ISO/QS or equivalent work experienceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once

    Skills and aptitude with Microsoft Office with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

    What to Expect in This Role

    Onsite, indoors, in a controlled temperature environment, with a variation of noise levels.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to varied work environmentsTravel occasionally for training or customer visitsSchedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
