Quality Specialist - (Charlotte, NC & Addison, TX) - Contract - $60-65 Per HR
Join our dynamic team in a hybrid role in the Southeast and Southwest regions. This contract position involves developing and maintaining automated tests and supporting development efforts. The role requires proficiency in scripting languages and test automation tools. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site three days a week.
Description
- Execute automated tests for web components and integrations.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Maintain unit tests ensuring high code coverage.
- Integrate testing into continuous integration pipelines.
- Analyze and track defects with detailed insights.
- Support development with configuration changes as needed.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated tests for web components.
- Enhance automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Execute various testing methodologies across environments.
- Integrate automated testing into continuous delivery pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews with a focus on testability.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in test automation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Experience with testing tools like Selenium and others.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and Agile tools.
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
