About the Role:
EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is looking for an experienced Quality & Safety Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a critical leadership role for a detail-driven professional ready to uphold the highest standards of aviation safety and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, fast-paced aerospace environment.
 


Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with FAA Part 145 and ISO/AS9100 standards
  • Oversee all quality assurance and safety programs to ensure full regulatory compliance across maintenance operations
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and corrective action reviews to identify and resolve non-conformances
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for FAA regulatory inquiries, audits, and certification activities
  • Lead safety & quality investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of preventive measures
  • Train, mentor, and guide maintenance staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
  • Manage documentation control, calibration programs, and approved vendor/supplier quality oversight
  • Monitor and report on key quality and safety metrics to senior leadership
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a Quality Management System under FAA Part 145 repair station regulations
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 certification and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airworthiness standards, root-cause analysis (RCA), auditing skills, and proficiency in aviation safety management systems (SMS)
  • Experience conducting internal and external quality audits in an aviation or aerospace environment
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate or equivalent aviation credential preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred
