Quality Manager
Our client is a family-owned packaging manufacturer specializing in custom and standard corrugated packaging solutions for a wide range of industries. Operating advanced manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, the company produces large volumes of corrugated products annually while supporting customers throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, and surrounding states. What this Candidate Looks Like:
- Experienced leader with proven work managing quality and safety programs (manufacturing environment preferably).
- Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Hands-on and approachable leader who is present within the facility and comfortable engaging directly with production teams.
- Strong problem solver with expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventive measures.

- Effective communicator who can build credibility and trust with employees, management, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

- Experienced people manager
- Background in manufacturing
- Experience managing safety initiatives
- Experience with packaging and/or corrugated environments is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred
