    Job Summary

    This role will provide high-level analytical business support services to the quality organization as well as other business functional areas assigned. This position will develop, implement and maintain various complex programs, projects and activities to ensure the successful execution of Carhartt quality initiatives. In addition, this position will serve as a liaison from the quality department on cross-functional teams across the organization. The position will lead the Quality organization in continuous improvement of its processes and tools.

    Associate Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize and direct all activities as required for the full implementation of project goals and objectives.
    • Analyze, develop, and improve departmental procedures, processes, and documentation.
    • Develop, and implement project plans for assigned initiatives.
    • Facilitate collaborative communication and interaction among functional representatives throughout the quality team and with other departments to achieve successful project results
    • Ensure the accurate execution of projects and assignments within set requirements and timeframes.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide necessary updates and obtain feedback.
    • Track programs and projects against schedule and budget with report out on regular basis
    • Serve as a coach/mentor for anyone participating in special projects/programs.
    • Work with direct manager on a career develop plan documented in "My Carhartt" system
    • Develop and maintain flow maps for all Carhartt processes of assigned projects.

    Required Education

    • High school diploma

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 2 or more years of work experience in related field
    • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Experience in project management and evaluation, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to communicate with all levels including management and retail partners.
    • Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and decision making skills.
    • Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated leadership, team building and people management skills.

    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

    • Travel: minimum (5%)
    • Strength: Light lifting, up to 20 lbs
    • Equipment used: Office equipment
    • This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
