We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Quality Production Supervisor to oversee daily quality operations within our production environment. In this key leadership role, you will supervise and develop quality personnel, ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures, and partner closely with manufacturing teams to improve product quality, reduce defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting a culture of quality, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions, and ensuring customer and business expectations are consistently met through effective quality management and operational discipline. You'll make an impact by: Support designated product line in quality-related decisions and recommendations. Lead continuous improvement, support Gemba and process audit in designated production line. Communicate critical quality issues, containment and corrective actions with customers, product and project management. Support manufacturing with technical training and process improvements. Responsible for Quality metrics and KPIs (Scrap, DPS, FPY, Warranty) for designated production line. Lead projects with cross functional teams - Engineering, Product design, Logistics and Procurement, etc. Lead CAPAs, ISO Audits, PFMEA development for assigned product line. Provide expertise and support in quality issues, training and production requirements Administer Quality hourly technicians and support with coordination. Support and train quality hourly technicians on manufacturing processes. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience working in quality, engineering, manufacturing, or a similar area. 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, leading, training, coaching, and coordinating teams of technicians within manufacturing. 3+ years experience working with Cost of Product Quality (CoPQ ) or Cost of Quality. Experience with managing customer satisfaction and communication. Experience with MS office tools and data analysis tools. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Six Sigma, APQP, 8D and lean concepts. Experience with SAP ASQ CQE or Black belt certification.
