About the Role

The Quality Operator supports production by sorting product and checking quality to ensure machine operators and production teams have acceptable parts and materials. This role requires attention to detail, consistent quality standards, and the ability to work on your feet in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort product and identify defects or nonconforming items.
• Perform basic quality checks and inspections throughout the shift.
• Communicate quality issues to production and leadership as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on your feet in a production environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent standards.
• Ability to handle up to 20 pounds as an essential function of the role.
• Dress code: Long pants, including denim without holes, rips, or shredding; T-shirt; and steel toe safety shoes.
