    What Will You Do?

    The Quality Manager is an full-time onsite position.

    • Lead Quality Initiatives: Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure alignment with ISO standards and customer expectations.
    • Maintain Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor quality and regulatory processes that meet or exceed ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
    • Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion corrective and preventive action programs, and support root cause analysis and resolution.
    • Manage Regulatory Interactions: Lead communication and documentation for regulatory approvals (DOT, ASME, PED, AAR), including coordination with external agencies and customers.
    • Train and Empower Teams: Deliver training on quality, code compliance, and system best practices to team members across departments.
    • Support Product Excellence: Oversee code compliance and collaboration with design and production teams to maintain top-quality product output.
    • Lead and Inspire: Manage quality team personnel, supporting their development and fostering a culture of accountability and pride in quality.
    • Integrate Quality with Production: Align quality goals with production strategies to eliminate delays and enhance operational efficiency.

    Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

    • Frequent sitting, standing and walking.
    • Occasional stooping, bending and twisting.
    • Office work is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment with possible exposure to temperature extremes, overhead cranes, material with rough edges and odors associated with cutting and welding.

    Your Experience Should Be...

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field (ASQ, Six Sigma certifications or similar credentials a plus)
    • Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (ASME Section VIII/IX, DOT, AAR preferred)
    • Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems
    • Understands the manufacturing of pressure vessels within a robust industrial environment
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills across all levels of the organization
    • Experience in cross-functional project teams and quality problem-solving methods (SPC, CAPA, FMEA, etc.)
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
    • Customer oriented and committed to quality excellence
    • At least 5 years experience leading quality teams.
