Quality Manager

Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across two manufacturing locations. Develop and execute strategies that improve quality performance, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. Maintain and improve quality management systems while ensuring compliance with industry and customer requirements. Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions. Manage supplier quality programs, audits, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives. Provide leadership and coaching to a team of salaried and hourly quality professionals while supporting succession planning and organizational development.

A successful Quality Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 8-10+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous leadership experience managing quality personnel and cross-functional initiatives. Knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and corrective action processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and executive leadership. Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments such as aerospace, automotive, industrial, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing.
