Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in debugging and permanently resolving AWS-hosted automation framework issues while driving regression stability, performance, and CI/CD efficiency.
Rate Range: $43/Hour to $44/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Quality Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive functional and automated test cases for web applications, ensuring high product quality and reliability.
Build, maintain, and enhance Selenium-based automation frameworks using Advanced Java concepts, Cucumber/BDD, and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation framework issues across AWS environments, including EC2/ECS, RDS, S3, SQS, IAM, and CloudWatch integrations.
Perform backend validation using SQL queries to verify data integrity, application behavior, and end-to-end business workflows.
Integrate and maintain automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git to support continuous testing and delivery.
Analyze test failures, logs, and application stack traces to identify root causes, reduce test flakiness, improve regression cycle efficiency, and collaborate with Development and DevOps teams on issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
8-10 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation and Functional Testing with enterprise-scale applications.
Strong expertise in Advanced Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber/BDD, SQL, and test automation framework development.
Proven experience debugging, enhancing, and maintaining AWS-hosted automation frameworks, including EC2/ECS, S3, SQS, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Demonstrated success in reducing regression execution time, improving test stability, and integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $44.00 per hour
