    Job Overview:

    Job Summary:**

    The QA/QC Manager will oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities for Primoris Energy Services projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining robust QA/QC programs to deliver high-quality construction and maintenance services.

    Job Responsibilities:**

    * Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection and test plans (ITPs) for all project phases, specifically tailored for energy services at CF Industries.
    * Manage a team of QA/QC inspectors and technicians, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
    * Act as the primary point of contact for all QA/QC matters with CF Industries representatives, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies.
    * Conduct regular audits and surveillance to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, standards (e.g., API, ASME, AWS), and Primoris Energy Services' quality management system.
    * Oversee the inspection of incoming materials, in-process work, and final products/installations, including welding, coatings, structural, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines.
    * Review and approve subcontractor QA/QC plans and ensure their adherence to project quality requirements.
    * Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
    * Maintain accurate and complete quality documentation and records, including inspection reports, material certifications, and test results.
    * Participate in project planning meetings to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the outset.
    * Conduct root cause analysis for quality deficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
    * Prepare and present regular QA/QC performance reports to project management and CF Industries stakeholders.
    * Ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations and quality protocols on site.

    Job Qualifications:**

    * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Welding, or related field) or equivalent technical certifications and experience.
    * Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC management roles within the industrial construction, energy, or petrochemical sectors, with specific experience in chemical plant environments preferred.
    * Demonstrated experience managing QA/QC for large-scale construction or maintenance projects.
    * Strong knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME B31.1/B31.3, AWS D1.1, NACE, ASTM).
    * Certifications such as AWS CWI, API 510, API 570, API 653, NACE CIP Level 1/2, ASNT Level II (UT, PT, MT, RT) are highly desirable.
    * Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a quality-focused team.
    * Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    * Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    * Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
    * Familiarity with CF Industries' operational standards and safety protocols is a significant advantage.
