We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, as well as leading and mentoring a team of quality professionals.

<\/span><\/li> - Develop and lead a cross -functional team on the integration of Process Flows, FMEA's, Control Plans, and FTP.
<\/span><\/li> - Support advanced product quality planning (APQP).
<\/span><\/li> - Make recommendations that promote continuous improvement.
<\/span><\/li> - Manage the problem resolution process.
<\/span><\/li> - Act as an organization representative.
<\/span><\/li> - Develop and upgrade the talent of the operational quality team.
<\/span><\/li> - Maintain the Cost of Quality process and drive improvement.

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor's degree preferred.
<\/span><\/li> - 5+ years of experience in a quality management role.
<\/span><\/li> - Experience in the automotive industry is required.
<\/span><\/li> - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949, and VDA standards.
<\/span><\/li> - Excellent leadership and communication skills.
