Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities for incoming and outgoing materials. Develop, maintain, and improve quality management systems and procedures. Interpret and apply industry standards to ensure product and process compliance. Partner with operations and commercial teams to align quality requirements with customer expectations. Support and lead customer, internal, and external audits. Provide quality guidance and support to multiple business locations. Utilize metrology and inspection methodologies to validate product quality. Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Monitor key quality metrics and generate reports to drive performance improvements. Ensure quality systems remain compliant with changing customer and regulatory requirements.

Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality systems, methodologies, and continuous improvement principles. Experience conducting and supporting internal and external audits. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Advanced computer skills and experience managing quality-related data. Strong knowledge of industry standards and specifications. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. Professional quality certifications such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA are highly valued. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related discipline preferred. Experience working with ASTM, SAE, ANSI, or similar industry standards is advantageous.
