    Job Overview

    Manages quality functions at the site level, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards, practices, and works closely with TCL roles to support technical quality initiatives.

    Job Requirements

    ACTIVITIES:

    Responsible for maintaining and improving the AS9100 Quality System through multidisciplinary teams.

    Responsible for the development and implementation of continuous improvement activities.

    Responsible for driving Accelerated Continuous Improvement Projects through the deployment of Six Sigma philosophy.

    Responsible for planning and monitoring PPAP development activities.

    Responsible for working on the implementation of the system for defect prevention instead of detection.

    Responsible for attending customer needs as required, either by phone or onsite visits.

    Responsible for managing resources in the areas of Quality, Statistics, AS9100, and Metrology to ensure the Quality System is efficient and meets customer requirements.

    Responsible for being the voice of the customer representative at the plant to ensure products meet customer requirements.

    Responsible for scrap analysis, as well as coordinating activities leading to the elimination of scrap sources.

    Responsible for ensuring each employee under their supervision is properly trained and aware of their role in the company.

    Responsible for participating in the periodic review of the Quality Operating System and implementing any required improvements.

    Responsible for measuring, monitoring, and analyzing processes and implementing necessary actions to meet goals and move toward continuous improvement.

    Responsible for ensuring the availability of necessary information to support process operation and monitoring.

    Responsible for follow-up on Corrective Actions, PPMs, APQP, Scrap Reduction, and Cost of Quality.

    What your background should look like

    REQUIREMENTS:

    5 to 7 years in similar positions.

    Knowledge of ISO 9000 / AS9100, DOE, FMEA, CP, 8Ds, APQP, Engineering Drawings and Specifications.

    Development of Quality Systems.

    Statistics, statistical analysis, and design of experiments.

    Bilingual.

    Knowledge of Environmental and Safety procedures.

    Black Belt Certification (desirable).
