Quality Manager
Klamath Health Partnership - Klamath Falls, OR
Salary: $80,000-$120,000 DOE • Full-Time • Exempt
Klamath Health Partnership is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our organization's quality, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance efforts. This role drives system-wide quality strategy, supports value-based care, and strengthens outcomes for patients across our medical, dental, behavioral health, and enabling services.
You'll work closely with executive leadership and oversee a small team including our Data Analyst, Clinical Information Specialist, Transitions of Care Specialist, and Health Related Social Needs Specialist.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Quality Management & Performance Improvement program
- Ensure compliance with HRSA, OHA, CCO, and PCPCH requirements
- Prepare for HRSA OSVs and quality-related audits
- Oversee dashboards, UDS/UDS+, CCO metrics, and state reporting
- Identify trends, disparities, and improvement opportunities
- Lead QI teams using PDSA and other improvement methods
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders across multiple sites
- Present quality reports to leadership and the Board
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, quality, business, or related field
- 5+ years in healthcare quality, performance improvement, compliance, or population health
- Experience in an FQHC or safety‑net healthcare setting
- Strong data, reporting, and communication skills
- Preferred: Master's degree, Oregon healthcare experience (CCOs/PCPCH), rural or multi-site experience, Lean/Six Sigma training, JCAHO familiarity, EHR reporting experience (Epic/OCHIN or eCW)
